The grand deception we are seeing is the result of centuries of planning and work by a small group of people in high places. If there is a New World Order, it stands to reason there must have been, or currently is an Old World Order. The Old World Order indeed exists and still exerts power over much of the World, but its power is waning as it is being usurped by the New World Order. The Old World Order has its seat of power in the Vatican in Rome and has held sway since Roman times. The New World Order has its seat of power predominantly in London, but also New York and Washington DC. It could, potentially relate to the concept of the Old World and the New World (America’s).

For the average person, it is irrelevant which side wins, we don’t feature significantly in either side’s plans, this is a battle for power, control and dominance of the general world population, all resources and every aspect of society.

As can be seen in the various sections these spheres of influence affect absolutely everything and everyone. To better understand the mechanics of the grand deception, we will consider each category separately and try to see the larger picture.

Section 1: Law and Order

The largest deception in the area of law and order is the creation of the legal fiction aka the Strawman that makes a living breathing human being responsible for a corporate entity, most people do not even realise exists. As mentioned previously a living breathing human being – man or woman – is only subject to common law jurisdiction, which means you should cause no-one harm or loss, you should conduct your dealings without deceit or deception, and not to breach the peace. The legal fiction that shares your name in capital letters is however subject to literally thousands of statutes (acts of parliament) as it is a corporate entity, subject to corporate rules. You as a living breathing human being only become responsible for those liabilities if you consciously agree to be responsible for them. Which is where the deception occurs, most people are not aware that by signing and printing government and corporate (same thing) documents, they are creating legal ‘joinder’. Because this is deception it is a common law offence and those responsible need to be held accountable.

How many parents would register the birth of their children if they realised they were giving their child to the state? How many people would willingly give their car to the DVLA if they realised they didn’t have to? Who would pay tax or fines if they realised they had the option of not paying? What if people realised they had already paid their bills and liabilities before they even received a statement (bill) or that as soon as they signed a mortgage or loan agreement their account was paid and settled in full, and that no payments of principal or interest were due?

The entire judicial system is involved in the deception at all levels, the meanings of words have been changed to trick unknowing people into admitting guilt or granting authority without realising that is what is being done.

Not all statutes are bad, and many are probably needed, it is the way they are applied that is wrong. Not that long ago someone speeding could be pulled over by a police officer and given a warning, there was an element of discretion by the officers, speed camera’s offer no such discretion. Our police forces now operate to targets; they are expected to meet a quota of PCN’s, so they have no incentive to issue a warning or a ‘ticking off’. Likewise traffic wardens have quota’s to meet and many are totally unreasonable little Hitler’s.

New laws (statutes) are usually introduced as primary legislation which should be properly discussed in the House of Commons and then passed to the House of Lords for approval. However, following Blair and Browns Labour government the House of Lords no longer have the power to refuse a bill (incidentally this means all statutes passed since the Lords power was removed are null and void), and most primary legislation is rushed through at times when very few dissenters will be present, such as on Friday’s when MP’s have left for the weekend, or just before holidays. Once a piece of primary legislation has been passed, statutory instruments can be added to that legislation without any consideration at all.

A common law offence will be heard by a court de jure (or should be) with a plaintiff, a defendant, a judge, a jury and legal counsel – prosecution and defence. There exists a presumption of innocent until proven guilty on the part of the defendant and the prosecution has the role of convincing the jury of the accused person’s guilt. The role of the judge is to direct the jury on points of law, but NOT to direct them on how they should decide. There is also an injured party (the plaintiff). If the defendant is found guilty, the judge decides the penalty to impose, usually based on precedence (previous similar incidents) which can be a fine, imprisonment or both.

Most statute offences are heard in a court de facto civil jurisdiction court, with a magistrate, or a judge and no jury. A civil court usually operates under maritime or admiralty law (law of the sea) and because they deal in summary judgement and not justice there is an automatic presumption of guilt. If you have been summoned (invited) to attend a court for breaching a statute, your guilt is assumed before you even enter the court. If you provide the court with the joinder they need (name, address and date of birth) you will be found guilty and punished. Usually under statute law there is no injured party, no victim, most are victimless crimes. It is very telling indeed that usually a crime against a corporation (fraud, embezzlement etc) is often treated as more serious than a crime against another human being (mugging, GBH etc), somewhere societies priorities have got skewed or corrupted and it is almost certainly by design and not accident. An obvious question that must be asked – if our prisons are so overcrowded, why do we imprison people who have committed victimless crimes?

All judges swear on oath of office to the monarch, this allows them to preside in common law courts only, without their oath they are judge impersonators, which is unlawful. If you enter a court which has no jury, you are not in a common law court (court de jure) you are in a corporate office mock-up, that appears to be a court but is operating under civil/equity law and you are accused of breaching company policy in some way. If there is a judge, he should have on his person, his oath of office allowing him to operate as a judge under common law jurisdiction. Without his oath of office he has no authority whatsoever and should be arrested for impersonating a judge. If he has his oath then any charges can be heard in the court once the judge has sworn in a jury of twelve jurors, and any common law offences can be heard and the victim (plaintiff) identified.

Even worse than civil courts are so-called kangaroo courts, such as those convened for family courts. In these courts, not only is guilt assumed, but the accused usually is not allowed to say anything in their own defence, or even have a defence – remember the legal principle is for the prosecution to prove guilt, not the defence to prove innocence – this is a blatant corruption of the judicial system – justice my arse!

As mentioned earlier, we need some statutes, for instance treason is a statute, others that serve a purpose are drink driving and reckless or dangerous driving, particularly if these cause an accident. People who drink and drive and then have an accident should expect to be punished with a fine or penalty points. Generally, speed signs should be advisory not always mandatory, so speed traps and cameras should be banned except at accident black spots and possibly at some traffic lights to catch red light jumpers. So not all statutes are bad, but the vast majority are badly applied or are unreasonable or downright malicious.

What should happen is that all statutes should have a sunset clause, most set at one year, which would mean ministers must consider the merit and applicability of the statute, and only renew them, if they serve the purpose they were meant for and are still valid. Statutes such as treason obviously should never be removed, indeed any attempt to is misprision of treason.

The other area that the global elite have been meddling is in the area of rights and freedoms. Our so-called fundamental rights are being eroded by over zealous governments mainly in the name of fighting terrorism, with the insane assumption that we are all potential terrorists. Our treasonous signing up to the EU Lisbon treaty will further erode our rights and liberties as the EU justice system will not recognise habeas corpus or right to trial by jury, operates under an assumption of guilty until proven innocent and is pushing for indefinite detention without charge. Our right to protest has been removed by the “Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005” (Labour), our freedom of speech is limited by political correctness and so-called “hate crimes”. The UK has in excess of 4 million CCTV camera’s, making us the most surveilled nation on Earth drastically reducing our right to privacy, however on the positive side the idea of ID cards appears to have been abandoned for now. The terrorism Act of 2005 (Labour again) allows for warrantless searches of people and property, further eroding our right to privacy.

At the same time our fundamental rights are being eroded, we have had the Human Rights Act (Labour yet again) foisted upon us which appears to have the effect of protecting the rights of criminals, ignoring the rights of victims, and allowing dangerous foreign criminals to avoid deportation because of spurious rights to family life, and unproven risk of torture in their home countries.

What we all need to do, and this site is certainly trying to help achieve, is an understanding by people of the difference between what is lawful and what is legal, and the difference between common law offences and statues. Key to this understanding is realising the existence of the legal fiction or Strawman and how this corporate entity is being used to bully, persecute and punish us. We need to better understand the legal system and the true meaning of legal (legalese) words and how they can be used against us. With a better understanding of the law and our legal standing, we can learn to resist unreasonable PCN’s and nullify the power authority appears to believe it has over us. We must learn the power of legal documents such as affidavits, liens, acceptance for value (A4V), Notice of Understanding and Intent, Claim of Right (NOUICR) and others. We must find out how these can be used to reclaim our children and cars from the state (that has no right to them), fight back against unjust statutes, resist the EU and cancel all our unlawful debt (which is almost all of it). We must take back the power that is meant to be ours (as law-abiding humans) and put government, councils, QUANGOs, ‘authority’, bankers and anyone else in their rightful place as public servants, our servants not our masters.

Section 2: Money and Economy

The control and distribution of money is the area that the global elite have exerted the most control. Despite what they may think, they apparently don’t understand money as well as they think they do. Their experiments with microeconomics have not worked, and by trying to force the same principles in a macroeconomic manner (globalisation) we are now on the brink of complete and utter global economic collapse. The total global debt owed by nations across the World is around $45 trillion, but most of this is totally unpayable and to whom is it actually owed? Most national debts are a result of loans originating from the World Bank and the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and other similar institutions, mostly part of the UN. Many of these loans historically were made to nations so they did not default on loans to commercial banks, so bailouts are nothing new.

It doesn’t take a genius to realise that a World economy based on infinite growth, on a planet with finite resources is doomed to failure at some point, and yet apparently supra intelligent economists and bankers don’t appear to appreciate this fact. Except of course they must do, therefore their actions are nothing short of reckless in their endless pursuit of ever more money, they are motivated by nothing less than selfish greed, with no thought for others living now or future generations.

If all the money in the World, lets say $100trillion were to be shared out evenly between the 7 billion people on the planet, everyone would get just over $14,000 each. It is estimated that one family (Rothschild’s) has around half of all that money ($50 trillion) and the Rockefeller family has around 1/10^th ($11 trillion), clearly there is a huge disparity, and yet even those amounts do not appear to be enough for them, how much do they need?

The vast majority of the world’s population live on less (many significantly) than $1 a day, many have nothing at all and no state support.

In the UK up until 1928 we were on the gold standard, which meant that all our paper money had a value equivalent to the value of the note, this was in the form of gold held in secure vaults. The main motivation for coming off the gold standard was that it allowed the global elite to stockpile all the gold which is a commodity which is immune to inflation. Even over thousands of years gold has maintained its value relative to the cost of goods. An ounce of gold (approx 35g) is currently worth around £1,100 (Feb 2012).

For the rest of us poor mortals, the global elite decided we could use worthless paper notes, of course they didn’t tell us they were worthless, they let us believe they were worth their face value – the biggest deception of all. Not only that, but through their manipulation of the so-called economic cycle (boom and bust) inflation destroys the assumed value of that worthless ‘money’. The relative value of a £10 note now, as compared to 1970, in terms of buying power is about 80p. Of course a £10 note is not worth 80p in real terms; its value is based entirely on people’s belief in its value. To force us to use their worthless (fiat) notes, they declared anything other than ‘their’ money as not being legal tender, including us not being allowed to use gold and other precious metals in normal trade. Gold and silver can be traded at banks for currency, or can be stored in secure bank vaults (better option). We do have the option of creating and using our own local currencies, but these are usually restricted to small geographic regions. What we are not allowed to do is print our own pound sterling notes, or frank coins. In reality only about 5% of money in existence is actually in the form of notes and coins, the rest exists only as digital money. An alternative system is soon to be available in the UK called TAMS (The Alternative Monetary System) as a UK wide scheme, first available at www.lawfulbank.com.

Once you understand how the monetary system actually works, it beggars belief that governments who have the ability to print all the money they need, instead allow international bankers to print the money for them AND charge interest for it, which has to be paid back by taxpayers.

The original intent of banks was that they would be a safe haven for customer’s money, and that they would provide a service to their customers. They would make modest profits by charging various fee’s for the services they were offering, clearly that was never going to be enough for them. The two main mechanisms initially used to boost their income and profit was usury and fractional reserve banking, many others have since followed.

Usury is usually considered to be excessive interest on loans, under many religions it is banned – notably Islam – and theoretically Christianity. It is allowed under Jewish banking – for those of a religious persuasion there is a story in the bible of Jesus chasing the (Jewish) moneylenders from the temple. There is a strong belief that powerful ‘Jewish’ families such as the Rothschild’s, the world’s most successful banking family, founded the Zionist movement. Many ‘conspiracy theorists’ are suggesting a Rothschild Zionist movement behind the global banking cartel (global elite) which could explain why usury is so widespread. An obvious question that arises is at what level is interest actually excessive. Also what must be considered is whether the interest is simple or compound. So-called ‘payday’ loans charge interest at 4,000% or higher, clearly that is excessive and should be illegal and unlawful. It is not unusual for credit cards to charge interest between 20 and 30% and more, this is still excessive. Even a simple interest rate of 5% could still be considered high. If you have borrowed £10,000 then at 5% simple interest you would have to pay back £10,500 over some agreed time period, where exactly will you get that extra £500 from? If I loan you ten apples in a sealed bag and ask for eleven back, where will that extra apple come from? Governments are empowered to print all the money they will ever need at zero interest, they could make loans to the public and charge 0.5% or 1%, and that would not be usurious. Most people would not object to a low-interest rate being charged, particularly if it is simple interest, what seems (and is) unfair is high compound interest, fee’s AND charges for letters being sent and whatever else banks believe they can get away with!

Fractional reserve banking for the banks is brilliant. Fractional reserve banking is the process that allows banks to multiply the money they hold as customer deposits (reserves) by usually up to ten times, but recently up to about 33 times (or more). Customer deposits obviously belong to the customers and not the banks and therefore banks are not allowed to lend this money to other customers as loans. Banks can use the money deposited as liquidity usually to speculate (to accumulate). Under fractional reserve banking, as the name suggests, they only need to actually hold a fraction of their lending power as reserves (deposits). If a bank has £10 million on deposit, it has lending power of £100 million. Further deception creeps into the system by changing what is meant by reserves, under accounting rules what they classify as assets and liabilities.

If you go along to your bank and request a loan which is then approved you will be presented with a form to fill out, requiring among other items your name address, date of birth and a box for your signature. The most important item from the banks perspective is your signature. Your signature allows the bank to create the amount of the loan (lets say £10,000) PLUS using fractional reserve banking the bank can multiply that amount by ten and create on their books an asset of £100,000 – vey nice (for them)!

Additionally the large commercial banks can go to their central bank for loans for which they pay relatively low-interest rates (currently 0.5%), they can use this loaned money to multiply the value using the fractional reserve. As surety the central banks will usually request corporate bonds to the value of the loan. Another term for fractional reserve banking used by banks is leverage.

Inflation and deflation are mechanisms used by the banks to manipulate the supply of money into the economy. Inflation occurs when too much money is in circulation and has the effect of diluting the buying power of that money, things become more expensive. If annual inflation is higher than salary increases then people become worse off, they need to earn more just to stand still. If we had zero inflation, nothing would increase in price. In 1971 a one pound coin was worth £1 based on the value of the metals in the coin, that same one pound coin is now (2012) worth around 8 pence, all due to inflation. In 1971 you could buy a new car for a few hundred pounds, now the cheapest car costs several thousand pounds. Hyper-inflation occurs when inflation runs rampant, a recent example was Zimbabwe which had an inflation of 1 million percent or higher, prices of essentials such as bread would be doubling (or more) each day.

Under Tony Blair’s Labour government, control of inflation was passed to the Bank of England. The BoE was set a target inflation rate of 2%, it would appear they are doing a very bad job. In February 2012 the rate of inflation fell to 3.6%, down from 4.2% in January 2012, and a high of 5.2% in October 2011 (5% in November, 4.8% in December).

Public sector wages as well as many private sector jobs are not increasing in line with inflation, which means each year people are becoming worse off. Many items increase well above the rate of inflation, such as train tickets which have recently increased by 8% or even more, fuel and energy are also increasing above inflation. This means that probably the vast majority of people are becoming worse off year after year, and that’s the ones in employment. If pay increases by the average of the annual inflation, then we are no better off, we are only standing still. To improve our standard of living we need to increase our income above the rate of inflation, which for most people is not feasible.

If inflation is the decrease of buying power, by increasing the amount of money in circulation, then deflation is a decrease in supply meaning an increase in buying power. This must be a good thing right? Well it would be for us, but not for banks or the economy. Less money in circulation means less money for Companies to pay wages, and less tax revenue.

It is often said that the best place to hide something is in clear view. The US $1 bill has a lot of esoteric meanings, you only need to look.

Section 3: Politics

The most important question to ask in the sphere of politics is who exactly are the global elite? How is their power asserted? Both very good questions, unfortunately without an absolutely certain answer. This is mainly due to their incredibly secretive manipulations and obfuscations. After considerable research it is still not possible to confirm exactly how their power is asserted, but some understanding has been achieved as to whom many of them are, but of course they won’t necessarily admit anything.

Among the candidates for asserting power are that the elite are the ‘Illuminati’, “Zionists”, a “4^th Reich”, “Banksters” (a word derived from bankers and gangsters), “ancient bloodlines”, “Corporatists” and “Globalists” and even according to David Icke, Erich von Daniken (and others) an Alien brotherhood. All of these (and others) have their supporters and an ever-growing mass of evidence. There is a suspicion that several of these are correct and they may actually be in competition with each other, possibly in deadly opposition.

Let’s start with who we believe the major players to be in what are known to some as the global elite. The Council of 13 is composed of the thirteen most influential families, families that have had influence and power for decades, the most familiar being the Rothschild’s, Rockefeller’s and European royal families including the British royal family the Windsor’s, formerly Saxe Coburg Gotha of Germany. Different sources list different families (some suggest the 13 ARE the Illuminati) comprising the council of 13 including Sinclair (St Clair), Warburg, Kennedy (Cavendish), Onassis, Russell, Astor, Du Pont, Hanover, Hapsburg, Li, Oppenheim and others. An interesting aside is that our current Prime Minister David Cameron (Eton and Bullington Club) is married into the Astor family. The influence and power of the European dynastic families is obvious as ruling royal families. Likewise the Rothschild’s and Warburg’s through banking, Rockefeller’s through oil and banking, Onassis through shipping, Russell’s who controlled the Chinese Opium trade, Oppenheimer control of gold and mining. The Scottish Sinclair (St Clair) family feature strongly in the history of the Knights Templar and freemasonry particularly the Scottish Rite branch.

The important thing to remember about the council of 13 families is their history and lineage, not just their vast wealth. Many contemporary families such as the Buffet’s, Bush and Gates may have more wealth, but lack the ancestry and unbroken lineage.

The Rothschild family are believed to be the wealthiest family of all with a global wealth estimated at $100 trillion (some say as high as $500 trillion), to put this into some kind of perspective, the entire US economy, which is the World’s largest is around $15 trillion. In the US the Rockefeller family is the wealthiest family with an estimated fortune of around $11 trillion.

So the next logical question would be how do these 13 families exert their power and influence? The simple and obvious answer is in many ways and always behind the scenes, never overtly. Members of these families (not always with the same surname) head up the largest banks and corporations and organisations such as the US federal reserve, other Central banks, IMF, World Bank and BIS (Bank of International Settlements). They and their lackeys occupy important positions in national government. Family members are prominent members of shadow organisations such as CFR (Council on Foreign Relation – US), Trilateral Commission, RIIA (Royal institute on International Affairs – Chatham House (UK)), national and international think tanks (Tavistock, Clore, Brookings etc), attendee’s and policy makers of annual Bilderberg group meetings, heads of charitable foundations, charities and UN and EU groups (UNESCO, UNICEF, WTO, WWF, WHO etc). To suggest these people get themselves into positions of power and influence would be an understatement of some considerable magnitude.

The diagram above represents one (of many) that attempts to show the hierarchical or pyramid nature of the nature of real power in the World. All national and international power structures have this top-down power structure, be they overt or covert in nature. This particular diagram appears to show HM Queen Elizabeth II as possibly a World Monarch above the council of 13, this may or may not be the true nature of things, who knows? What has been suggested is that by 2014 there will be a World Monarch, or World President and the name in the frame for that position is Prince William. It is suspected that this would be a figurehead role, via the UN, it is unlikely that one person would be calling the shots and setting the global agenda above the council of 13 families. The role, if it does occur, would probably be more like the role currently fulfilled by Herman von Rumpey as EU president – a puppet!

Below the council of 13 on the diagram is shown the so-called committee of 300, which represents approximately the next most powerful and influential individuals and families. The members of this group may change over time, as the success and wealth of some individuals or families may wane over time, for instance if a successful statesman has no sons or heirs. The Onassis and Kennedy (unsurprisingly) families no longer wield the power they did a few decades ago, whereas families like the Gates, Buffets and Bush are becoming more powerful, although because their ancestry is very short they are not council of 13 families. Other contemporary notables are Richard Branson, Henry Kissinger, Bono (U2), Tony Blair, Bill Clinton, George Soros, Al Gore, Silviano Berlusconi and Zbignew Brezinski.

Members of the (nominal) Committee of 300 also occupy important and high posts in government and as heads of multinational corporations, as well as organisations such as US Federal Reserve (Ben Bernanke, Alan Greenspan), Bank of England (Mervyn King), QANGO’s as well as being members of CFR, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg group, Chatham House, Tavistock Institute, Club of Rome, UN and EU departments etc. These people and possibly Council of 13 members are also quite possibly the very highest ranking freemasons and of other secret societies.

Committee of 300 members will put into action the instructions issued by the Council of 13 via both the visible and shadow organisations they control. In government they use their influence as ministers, senators, secretaries of state, senior councillors. They get into positions of power in the judiciary, police forces, courts and just about anywhere else you can think of where power and influence can be brought to bear.

The next level down on the power pyramid is the so called think tanks, also known as the round table organisation. Cecil Rhodes (1853-1902) was an English born South African businessman, mining magnate and politician, who was responsible for establishing and perpetuating the idea of the round table organisations. The Round Table Organisations in existence today are the UN, Club of Rome, Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR – USA) and Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House – UK).

The Bilderberg group was established in 1954 by Nazi Sympathiser Prince Reinhardt of Netherlands, its first meeting was held at the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, Netherlands. This is a highly secretive group of roughly 140 of the most influential people in the World. Regular attendees include David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger and Queen Beatrice. Prince Philip and Prince Charles have both been attendee’s. This highly secretive group, for many years attempted to even deny their existence, until the alternative media forced them to admit they existed. They still attempt to meet in secret locations annually around the World, they do not publicise their attendee list, or their agenda and exclude all media. They also operate under Chatham House rules, whereby no minutes or press releases are ever released. Very strict security ensures no-one is allowed to approach the venue of their meetings too closely.

The Trilateral Commission is a private organization, established to foster closer cooperation among the United States, Europe and Japan. It was founded in July 1973 at the initiative of David Rockefeller, who was Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations at that time. The Trilateral Commission is widely seen as a counterpart to the Council on Foreign Relations.

The process of implementing global governance policy is believed to be as follows. Decisions are made by Bilderberg group and passed to trilateral commission for implementation in the three major regions. These policies are then implemented in the regions by CFR, RIAA, EU and other agencies who instruct governments to adopt these policies.

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is an American non-profit nonpartisan membership organization, publisher, and think-tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. Founded in 1921 and headquartered in New York City, CFR is considered to be the nation’s most influential foreign-policy think tank. The CFR is seen as the US equivalent of the RIAA/Chatham House in the UK with similar aims and ambitions. Its members list tends to include all incumbents in the US administration as well as many from previous administrations.

Chatham House, formally known as The Royal Institute of International Affairs, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) based in London whose mission is to analyse and promote the understanding of major international issues and current affairs. It is regarded as one of the world’s leading organizations in this area. As a round table organisation, the aims of RIAA are suspect, when important and influential people meet together in private, people will wonder about the agenda of such meetings. One belief is that the RIAA is the body in the UK responsible for carrying out the decisions of the Bilderberg group (via trilateral commission), by bringing pressure to bear on the government.

The Club of Rome is a global think tank that deals with a variety of international political issues. It was founded in April 1968 and raised considerable public attention in 1972 with its report The Limits to Growth. The club states that its mission is “to act as a global catalyst for change through the identification and analysis of the crucial problems facing humanity and the communication of such problems to the most important public and private decision makers as well as to the general public.” Since 1^st July 2008, the organization has its headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland. The
Club’s principle areas of concern are the Environmental Movement and Eugenics.

The United Nations (UN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. The UN was founded in 1945 after World War II to replace the League of Nations, to stop wars between countries, and to provide a platform for dialogue. It contains multiple subsidiary organizations to carry out its missions.

There are currently 192 member states, including nearly every sovereign state in the world. From its offices around the world, the UN and its specialized agencies decide on substantive and administrative issues in regular meetings held throughout the year. The organization has six principal organs: the General Assembly (the main deliberative assembly); the Security Council (for deciding certain resolutions for peace and security); the Economic and Social Council (for assisting in promoting international economic and social cooperation and development); the Secretariat (for providing studies, information, and facilities needed by the UN); the International Court of Justice (the primary judicial organ); and the United Nations Trusteeship Council (which is currently inactive). Other prominent UN System agencies include the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Food Programme (WFP), World Trade Organisation (WTO), World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and many others including UNESCO and UNICEF.

Next in the pyramid of control are the World Financial Control organisations including The Bank of International Settlements (BIS), Central Banks (US Federal Reserve, Bank of England), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank and Revenue and Taxation organisations (IRS in US, HMRC in UK).

Next in the pyramid of control are the World Resource Control organisations which are mainly multinational corporations controlling all sectors including banking, mining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, communications, computing, manufacturing, supply and delivery, agribusiness, retail and many others. What we are witnessing in all these sectors is a concentration of power and a reduction of competition, corporations are taking over smaller companies and larger companies are merging to the benefit of the corporations and detriment of consumers – less choice and less price competition.

The next level is the area of World Population Control which includes the various agencies that exert control over population either overtly or covertly. Often the people don’t even realise they are being controlled and manipulated. The principle methods of control include:

The aim of this structure of shadow government is believed to be to achieve a dominated first world, an enslaved third world under One World Government – the NWO.

The Third Way

Both Tony Blair and Gordon Brown alluded to something called the third way as does Brian Gerrish at www.ukcolumn.org . According to Blair and Brown and other pathological liars it means a kind of Centrism in politics, which try to reconcile right-wing economic policies with left-wing social policies, which is how it is defined on Wikipedia. According to Mr Gerrish it means something much more sinister, I know who I would prefer to believe. Tony Blair also referred to the third way as Communitarianism. According to Mr Gerrish the first and second way (sectors) are elected government and the civil service, the third way or third sector are unelected ‘leaders’ and bureaucrats in organisations such as QANGO’s, voluntary sector and charities, including ‘common purpose’ which Brian champions on exposing. The thought that elected government can transfer power to unelected and unaccountable bodies is very worrying indeed, but it may be even worse than that. We are seeing more and more that functions historically performed by the public sector are being performed by the private sector – for profit corporations answerable to shareholders and stakeholders and not an electorate. Already public utilities (water, electricity), public transport, some prisons, health service and education are partly (and growing) or wholly operated by companies, usually funded by the taxpayers by initiatives such as PFI (Private Finance Initiative), which are meant to save us money, but end up costing many times more than services provided by the public sector. It is true that in some cases the private sector can operate more efficiently, but they will only operate services that can make a profit, unprofitable train and bus routes will be cancelled leaving many people in rural area’s no easy means to travel. The transfer of power to unaccountable private Corporations is referred to asCorporatism, interestingly Benito Mussolini referred to Corporatism as the true meaning of Fascism. Around the world corporations are abusing workers rights, human rights, bypassing laws, destroying the environment and seizing state control all in the name of profit.

Section 4: Energy and Environment

In the area of energy the global elite exert their control through ownership of all oil and mineral reserves via corporations. We are fed the lie that the only feasible energy source is fossil fuels, when in fact many alternative energy sources would be available, if their existence had not been suppressed by the global elite. So called free energy systems and zero-point systems have been deliberately kept from the general populace because their release would destroy (almost overnight) the fossil fuel industry and the multinational corporations exploiting these resources and the consumers of these resources.

Not only are these alternative energy sources cheap to implement and free to run, they are also environmentally clean and non-polluting. The only alternatives we are allowed to see are solar panels and wind turbines. These both have their uses in the right environment, but they are highly inefficient and are not as green as they are portrayed. A lot of fossil fuel energy is required to manufacture solar panels and the components of wind turbines; also in the case of solar panels other scarce materials such as platinum are used in the manufacturing process.

Another issue regarding fossil fuels (and other raw materials) is the concept of peak oil, peak coal, peak gas etc. There appear to be very strong arguments for and against the principle of peak resources, which basically suggests that a resource such as oil, has or will very soon reach its peak extraction capacity, from that point onwards there will be less available and it will become harder an more costly to extract. We will have picked the low growing fruit, and prices can only increase from that point onwards as the oil companies seek to cover their operating costs and maintain their profits. Those who argue against the concept of peak resource, suggest that scarcity of these resources has been deliberately exaggerated, allowing companies to raise prices based on the lie of peak oil. Whichever is true, the global elite will not be telling us the truth, they will pursue whatever path allows them maximum profit and control. We certainly seem to be seeing the emergence of oil wars, as the USA and the West take control of oil rich countries such as Iraq and Libya, and possibly very soon Iran and Syria. The US via the CIA has also tried to depose Hugo Chavez from power in Venezuela, but he was rescued by his own people who see him as a leader who cares for his people.

The global elite also control the worldwide environmental lobby through the Club of Rome Organisation. Few environmentalists would admit that they are supporting a globalist and corporatist agenda, but that is exactly what they are doing, they are being played as fools. The false science of man-made (anthropogenic) climate change (MMGW, AGW) and implementation of UN Agenda21 is not to benefit the poor people of the third world, or to reverse the effects of the so-called climate change, it is purely to transfer money via carbon tax, cap-and-trade and various other taxes from the general populace to the global elite. It gives them an excuse to destroy the manufacturing base in USA, Europe etc and move that to places like China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and others were wages are cheaper, human rights can be flouted and environmental controls (ironically – except not) are less strict.

Lets establish something right from the start, to leave no doubt, the environment matters, it matters a lot, so far we have one planet on which to survive and that will not change any time soon. We can also add to that climate change is happening, it always has and it always will, no-one has ever suggested the earths incredibly complex climate system has ever been steady state (stable) or ever could be. Indeed global warming may be happening now, or it may be cooling, it appears that warming peaked in 1998 and since then we have witnessed cooling, but it may start warming again – who knows? Back in the 1970’s we were being told we were apparently heading towards a new ice age, by the 1980’s it was all change and we were heading toward a warming Armageddon. What changed? We suggest political agenda.

Furthermore, mankind should strive to protect the environment and have as little impact on the planet as possible, preferably none at all.

What we have a problem with is the so-called consensus of man-made Climate Change or Anthropogenic Global Warming or whatever it is called today. True science never has and never will be about consensus, it is about theories, raw empirical data, peer-reviewed papers and debate – the non science of climate change lacks all of these elements. Climate change is all about emotive language, hiding evidence, politicisation, stifling debate, changing data, deriding those who dare question the polemic and reliance on unreliable computer modelling, which incidentally use carbon dioxide levels as their ONLY parameter – garbage in, garbage out.

When you hear words like consensus, possibly, maybe, experts predict, evidence appears to show and the like you KNOW this is a political message (propaganda) and is not scientifically based evidence.

Only a few moths ago scientists were questioning Einstein’s special theory of relativity, suggesting that some neutrino’s were observed to travel faster than the speed of light. Were the supporters of Einstein’s immutable theories filing lawsuits against those claiming these earth shattering findings? No. Were they trying to destroy the careers of the scientists making the claims? No. Did they try to hide their data from scrutiny by the scientific community? Not one bit, they made all their raw data available, exactly as they should, they wanted someone to prove them right, or else prove them wrong. Why should climate change be any different? Unless of course the claims and evidence do not support the theory. If the climate scientists want to be believed, they need to be honest, they need to share their raw empirical data, they need to be prepared to debate and indeed should welcome debate. More and more scientists are questioning the theory of man-made global warming precisely because the alleged irrefutable proof of AGW is not being produced. All we see is politicised sound bites and emotive reports. Many people advocate applying the precautionary principle, take measures just in case AGW is happening. The suggestion has some merit, but then so would thousands of other potential issues. If we are to throw trillions of dollars at a problem we should be pretty sure it is the real problem and that we actually can do something useful to change it. Carbon Dioxide is NOT a pollutant, for plants it is absolutely essential, without it they cannot photosynthesise, without plants we could not exist. Carbon Dioxide is a greenhouse gas, but not a significant one. Water vapour (clouds) account for roughly 95% of the greenhouse effect, without the greenhouse effect life could not exist on this planet as it would be too cold to support life. We actually need ‘greenhouse gases’, they are essential to life on Earth.

Section 5: Health, Nutrition and Eugenics

Through their control of health, nutrition and eugenics the global elite have the power to influence world population control. In the realm of health we have suppressed cures for diseases (cancer, aids and many others), deadly so-called cures (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, vaccinations, drugs) and man-made (GM) diseases (AIDS, SARS, Bird Flu, Ebola?). The power and influence over health is exerted mainly through the global elite’s control of the giant pharmaceutical corporations (Big Pharma) and bio-technology (Biotech) corporations. This power is exerted through the process of patenting products. The major issue regarding “natural” cures (of which there are many) for cancer, aids and potentially most diseases, are that being ‘natural’ they cannot be patented by the drug companies, therefore they do all in their (immense) power to suppress these cures and undermine the efforts of practitioners trying to cure people. They also suppress and undermine any type of alternative cures. Doctors are blackmailed into taking only pharmaceutical drugs, they receive kickbacks from the pharmaceuticals to prescribe certain drugs, mostly these doctors don’t have any options. Cancer treatment is generally not about curing or eliminating the disease but in creating long-term treatment regimes making vast amounts of money for the drug companies. Most cancer patients do not die from the disease, they die from their treatment, known colloquially as slash (surgery), burn (radiation) and poison (chemotherapy). Even if these methods do ‘cure’ the disease, it almost always returns and all these methods result in health issues for the patient, chemotherapy for instance destroys the bodies immune system. There are reported to be something in the region of 600 natural cures for cancer, most of which have no bad side affects and which have higher success rates than conventional methods.

Another major concern regarding drug companies is the safety and efficacy (do they work?) of the drugs they produce. There is a mass of evidence suggesting that the drug companies are not following proper procedures when bringing drugs to market. All clinical trials should be performed as what is known as ‘double blind’ which means that two groups are used to test the drug, one takes the drug and the other group take a ‘placebo’, those partaking in the clinical trials should have no idea which group they are in. Because of the associated costs of running these trials, and the time taken to perform them, many drug companies are either bypassing the tests or are rigging the outcomes. It makes sense that people would accept some minor side effects (headaches, itching, mild pain, cold like symptoms) if the drugs actually do cure what might be a life threatening disease. What we don’t want is crippling side effects (blindness, deafness, brain damage, cancer) when the drugs do little or nothing to treat or cure the disease.

Vaccinations are another area of concern, the idea behind them of course makes sense, but only if they achieve what they are meant to achieve. There is considerable doubt that vaccines actually do prevent some of the illnesses, and some considerable concern as to what goes into these vaccines. Many vaccines apparently contain a compound called Thimerol (preservative) which contains mercury. Mercury in any amount is a deadly poison when ingested or injected, there is no safe dosage. There are plenty of completely safe alternatives to use as preservatives so why use a deadly poison? Tamiflu, the (alleged) vaccine for various flu viruses include almost a hundred documented side effects, one of which is death! What it appears to do is make people more ill than they would have been had they caught the flu, but at least it make Novartis a nice healthy profit. In some Countries during the so-called Swine Flu epidemic the treatment of tamiflu was mandatory. An interesting book that explains the ill effects of vaccinations and other alleged treatments is “What doctors don’t tell you” by Lynne McTaggart. Another interesting read is “The truth about the drug companies: How they deceive us and what to do about it” by Marcia Angell.

Finally we have the allegation that many diseases are man-made or genetically modified organisms. There is compelling evidence that AIDS is a man-made disease and has nothing at all to do with HIV, which is what’s known as a retro-virus, which means it lives in our bodies and usually cause no problems, similar to the chicken pox virus, which sometimes becomes shingles in adulthood.

In the realm of nutrition the global elite assert their power through international agencies such as the UN World Health Organisation (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) and World Food Programme (WFP), and nationally through such agencies as the US Food and Drug Agency (FDA), UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) and EU European Food Standards Agency (EFSA).

Very few people will have heard of the international food guidelines known as Codex Alimentarius (Latin for food code) and may be surprised to learn it has actually been in existence since 1963. Codex Alimentarius was established by the UN FAO and WHO, among its most significant achievements has been the abolishment of vitamin and mineral supplements in the third world at the end of 2009. The reasoning behind this move is to force these supplements to be classified as drugs, which can then only be prescribed by GP’s in these Countries and can therefore be charged for. By some estimations this could result in the unnecessary death of around 3 billion people from malnutrition and dying from what should be preventable diseases. The more cynical among the ‘conspiracy theorists’ suggest this is a deliberate culling.

Additional area’s of concern within the realm of nutrition are allowing dangerous chemicals to enter the food chain, and the area of genetically modified (GM) foods.

Several food additives (E additives) are known to be dangerous substances, but if they carry an E number they have been passed as safe for human consumption by the EU. Aspartame (E951) and Saccharin (E954) are artificial sweeteners familiar to most people, both of these are known neurotoxins. Many artificial colouring agents are unpleasant and possibly toxic and worryingly are frequently added to sweets and other foods consumed by children. Examples are Amaranth (E123 – lipstick), Brilliant Blue (E133), Brilliant Black (E151), Brown FK (E154), Cochineal (E120), Green S (E142) and Sunset Yellow (E110).

Mercury is another substance that is highly toxic to humans, although we don’t ingest mercury we are exposed to it in several ways. As mentioned above it is added as a preservative into some vaccinations. Also it used to be used as a dental filling amalgam, although it still is occasionally used there are now safer alternatives. The dental and medical profession have always maintained dental amalgam is safe, there is growing evidence linking fillings to MS, certain cancers and possibly Alzheimer’s (and not Aluminium). There are verified cases of advanced MS sufferers making complete recoveries following the removal of mercury fillings. Recently our apparently insane leaders have decided to ban harmless (to humans) incandescent light bulbs and try to force us to use low energy bulbs containing mercury vapour, if these break they pose a very severe health hazard and require specialised disposal – but at least it reduces carbon dioxide into the atmosphere so that’s okay then! How exactly can a bio-hazard be environmentally friendly? This is the definition of an oxymoron.

Fluorine is a toxic element midway between lead and arsenic in element toxicity. Much used by the Nazi’s in their concentration camps as it kept the prisoners docile and compliant apparently. That must be the reason it is added to children’s toothpaste, mouthwashes and mains drinking water. There are rumours that via Codex Alimentarius fluorine may have to be added by law to ALL bottled waters soon. Remarkably it can also cause erosion of dental enamel, meaning it can destroy teeth – WTF!!!!!

Other substances that may be bad for our health, that have been passed as safe by the various food agencies include Monosodium Glutamate (MSG – added to cakes, pastries, biscuits etc), hydrogenated fats (liquid fats solidified), Growth hormone into livestock and herbicides/pesticides that do not break down.

Section 6: History, Wars and Education

Members of the global elite have written history as they wish it to be written. In recent history they have used a process called the Hegelian Dialectic, from German philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770 – 1831), to shape events for their purposes. Basically, according to the Hegelian dialectic you have an event (thesis), which creates a reaction (antithesis), requiring a solution (synthesis). These manufactured events are commonly known in the alternative media as “false flag” events. Recent “false flag” events have been the UK summer 2011 riots, 7/7 London bombings and 9/11 terror attacks. Currently we have the appalling massacres in Syria, which the MSM is desperate to blame on President Assad, to justify a UN sanctioned invasion. Now it is possible that Assad has ordered his troops to commit these atrocities, it is equally possible that other groups are committing them and claiming to be Syrian army. Even if members of the Syrian army are committing these massacres, that does not mean Assad has ordered them to, no more than Barrack Obama ordered the US soldier in Afghanistan to massacre innocent civilians, or did he? Similar events happened recently in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to crush uprisings and the West did and said nothing! What’s so different about Syria? Probably that the global elite don’t have control over Assad, just like Ahmadinejad in Iran, they are desperate to convince the World Iran is building nuclear weapons to use against Israel and the West, but there is no cast iron proof. There will probably be an event, which will probably be a false flag event, which will ‘prove’ to the world that Iran is building nukes and that will give the West the justification it needs, we have learnt nothing from Iran and Afghanistan, and what were they about anyway? Certainly not what we were told they were about, they came about because of ‘false flag’ events following the principles of the Hegelian dialectic.

Some notable instances of false flag events from the 20^th Century are:

• Cruise liner Lusitania sunk by German u-boats, to sway US sentiment towards US involvement in WWI
• Hitler had the German Reichstag parliament building burned down to blame terrorists and allow Nazi party to take more powers (sound familiar)
• US did nothing to prevent Pearl Harbour attack, allowing US to enter WWII
• False reporting of torpedo boat attack in Bay of Tonkin, leading to USA invading Vietnam – it never happened
• Encouraging Saddam Hussein to enter Kuwait (a British protectorate) to justify first Iraq invasion.

The most recent examples are 9/11 and the London bombings, and possibly the Madrid train bombings.

9/11

Is it just a coincidence that the emergency number in the US is 911? Probably not! No-one who witnessed the awful events of that fateful day will ever forget those images of planes flying into the twin towers, and then both towers collapsing, and the dreadful loss of life. Within days our governments knew who the perpetrators were, and yes we must have revenge, yes we must declare war on these terrorists, and yes we must have new laws to protect us.

That initial response was normal and expected, a knee jerk reaction to horror, and precisely what the elite expected and wanted.

However, as time passed, people started questioning some of the events of that day, certain things just did not stack up, and this was supposed to mean you were with the terrorists according to George Bush. But surely you could question events that seemed to defy laws of physics and not be supporter of Osama Bin Laden and al-Qaeda, not according to Bush you couldn’t, you’re either with us or you’re with the terrorists. This is a very commonly used tool to shut down argument and debate by the power elite, to break all arguments down to only two positions, black and white. You should be able to debate immigration without been labelled a racist, you should be able to discuss the merits of EU membership without being called Xenophobic, and you should be able to question the questionable explanation of the events of 9/11 without being a terrorist sympathiser. If it was planned and orchestrated by the PTB then the terrorists are not who we are told they are. If 9/11 was a false flag event planned to justify the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan and to introduce far-reaching and draconian laws removing many citizens freedoms, then it certainly worked. The US PATRIOT Act probably doesn’t mean what you think it does (nothing to do with patriotism), it is actually an acronym that means :

Act 2001 – not quite the same ring as the acronym itself, and certainly somewhat contrived at the very least.  This act was clearly drafted prior to 9/11 due to the incredibly short timeframe in which it appeared before the US congress. Unusually for an event of such immense magnitude, within days, not only did we have suspects, we had the name of all perpetrators and the group responsible (AL-Qaeda never claimed responsibility), that in itself raises questions, considering we had no prior knowledge. So what are the questions being raised regarding the events of 9/11?

New York

• Buildings CANNOT collapse upon themselves at free-fall speed, the collapse of the twin towers was through the path of MOST resistance.
• The towers were designed to withstand the impact of multiple Boeing 707 jets, which were bigger, faster and carried more fuel than 767’s.
• Building 7 (WTC7) collapsed for no reason whatsoever, and was clearly a controlled demolition – the true “smoking gun”
• BBC reported building 7 had collapsed, whilst it was still standing in the background on the live feed.
• Aviation fuel burns at 1700C in ideal conditions, steel melts at 2500C. Dark smoke from fires proves fuel was not burning at maximum temperature, also most fuel was vaporised on impact.
• Pilots apparently struggled to fly single engine turbo prop planes, but expertly maneuvered multi-engined jets.
• How were inexperienced pilots able to locate Manhattan so accurately, and hit the towers with unerring accuracy? New York City is also restricted airspace.
• Nothing was found in the WTC wreckage larger than a telephone handset, everything was pulverised. However a pristine passport of one of the hijackers was recovered at street level!!
• WTC building insurance had only just been vastly upgraded, by Jeb Bush, brother of President George.
• The towers had large amounts of asbestos which would presumably have cost possibly billions to properly remove.
• Transponders cannot be disabled even by highly experienced pilots or aircrew, they are not meant to be disabled.
• Flight manifests show that planes were only about 20% full, normally those flights would be 80% or higher, plus some of the supposed hijackers were not on the manifests.
