World Governance/New World Order/Shadow Government
The conspiracy theorists favourite subject. There is clearly plenty of evidence that there is a trend toward World governance, the EU and UN being the obvious visible evidence. The EU currently consists of 27 member states who are all in the process of surrendering national sovereignty, and with the sole exception of the Irish Republic, without the consent of those countries population. If the EU had any pretensions of being democratic, surely it would insist that ALL member states hold fair and equitable referendum on something like the Lisbon treaty or continued membership. Regardless of whether the EU is good or bad, the will of the people has not been expressed. In the previous UK general election (2010) no mainstream party offered a referendum on either of those things, is that democracy? Is that choice? It is easy to suspect that some countries would vote to leave if their people had the opportunity to vote, and that their leaders know this! In 2015 the newly elected David Cameron Conservative government is promising an EU in/out referendum by 2017 – will they keep their word?
It is a little known fact that just before he left office, George Bush along with the leaders of Canada and Mexico signed the North American Union (NAU) Agreement, which has similar aims as the EU, to remove sovereignty, remove borders and adopt a common currency – the Amero. Trade agreements already exist in North America (NAFTA and GATT) so the aim is not just related to trading. There is also an African Union, Union of South American nations, and an Asia Pacific Union.
The believed aim is to unite all of these separate unions under the United Nations, with one World currency, one bank, one army and one government along with other governing bodies such as UNICEF, UNESCO, WTO, WHO and others.
If it is accepted that most nations are ruled by super wealthy Oligarchs (Bankers mainly) who dictate government policy to fit their own agenda – then this covert “shadow government” needs a structure to exert that power and to hide the identities of participants. This is one view of that structure:

Power cascades down this list, the subcategories provide more information on each part of the structure. There is even conjecture that there will be a World Monarch above the Council of 13, possibly known as a World President, put in place by the UN. The prime candidate for this position is apparently Prince William.
UN and a NWO
Julian Huxley (brother of Aldous Huxley, author of Brave New World) was involved in the setting up of UNESCO and an advocate of eugenics and population control. In 1946 he had this to say:
The task laid upon UNESCO of promoting peace and security can never wholly be realised to the means assigned to it – education, science and culture. It must envisage some form of world political unity, whether through a single world government or otherwise……specifically, in its education programme it can stress the ultimate need for world political unity and familiarise all peoples with the implications of the transfer of full sovereignty from separate nations to a world organisation……one other item which UNESCO should put on its programme as soon as possible is the study of the application of psycho-analysis and other schools of ‘deep’ psychology in education.
And more alarmingly he stated:
Taking the techniques of persuasion and information and true propaganda that we have learned to apply nationally in war, and deliberately bending them to the international tasks of peace, if necessary utilising them, as Lenin envisaged, to overcome the resistance of millions.
